  • How do we start a Website Design Project?

    Before ordering, you must know we cannot do all types of websites. Once we are certain we can complete the job, we will collaborate. We can show demo examples.

  • What technical items do I need before we start?

    All you would need is your domain name purchased from a domain name provider like porkbun and a hosting plan from a hosting provider like ScalaHosting or Hostinger. We need the urls to your social media pages. We need compliance website logins if you use a service like Termly or Termsfeed.

  • What graphics are included?

    We use licensed stock imagery and simple-icons. Anything advanced like custom icons, custom banners and graphics need to be sourced before starting with us.

  • What is the login to your WordPress website?

    We will need other logins like plugins logins, hosting provider, or domain registrar, payment processors, and payment gateway providers for example. We may use a free email provider like Gmail that we will use to set up and edit your website. We need the urls to your social media pages.

  • Will all the pages work on mobile, tablets, PC and Mac?

    Yes, Every page will be functional and responsive. The pages will support all devices and popular browsers.

  • Will the website have SEO, and are the Stock Photos Licensed?

    Absolutely.

  • What accessibility widget do you normally use?

    We generally use OneTap widget.

  • How long will I have customer support?

    Packages

    Bronze Plan:
    Customer Support 4 weeks (30 days) with 3 revisions during that time. Additional revisions are $200 USD Each, and additional pages are $200 USD Each.

    Silver Plan:
    Customer Support 3 months (90 days) with 5 revisions during that time. Additional revisions are $200 USD Each, and additional pages are $200 USD Each.

    Gold Plan:
    Customer Support 6 months (180 days) with 10 revisions during that time. Additional revisions are $200 USD Each, and additional pages are $200 USD Each.

    If you did not purchase a plan and only purchased addons:
    Customer Support is only 2 weeks (14 days). Additional revisions are $200 USD Each, and additional pages are $200 USD Each.

    *We calculate a month as 30 days in determining how long Customer Support should be.

  • What if I’m not happy with the design or work?

    We will communicate and work on the concerns. We will do our best to make you 100% satisfied with our work.

  • Is there a Cancellation and Refund Policy?

    To cancel, email usprivacy@zuleikallc.com. You can cancel at any time. You have 14 days to cancel and request a refund. Please include the sign-up date, full name, username, contact details, and account details using the email address you signed up with.
